I'm Nicole! I'm a high school teacher with a penchant for history, culture, snorkelling and escapism – especially to avoid burnout. I've travelled to 25 countries across six continents and I'm always looking for unique experiences and opportunities to be part of something meaningful.

I believe that travel is a key element in improving life satisfaction. I hope to inspire you to embrace personal growth and self-care and to incorportate travel into your life on a regular basis.

What is Wellbeing

Wellbeing is about feeling socially-connected, happy, fulfilled, and about having a sense of purpose. As a teacher and a brain injury warrior, I understand how quickly we can feel overwhelmed and out of balance. Self-care is important to avoid burnout. I believe in travel as a form of self-care and as a way to improve all aspects of your life. Whether local or international, a day trip or a sabbatical, travel is good for the mind, body, and soul!
