This course is designed for everyone—whether you’re new to yoga, building your practice, or a teacher wanting to deepen your knowledge.
Over 12 modules, you’ll explore the anatomy of breathing, understand what’s happening in your body, and learn simple, effective techniques like Full Yogic Breath, Box Breath, and Alternate Nostril Breath. These practices can calm the mind, boost energy, and support you in everyday life.
The course is online, self-paced, and accessible for 12 months. With a mix of videos, audios, text, and guided practices, you’ll gain a practical toolkit to support your health and wellbeing.
